Prior to your visit with Dr. White, we ask that you please setup your MyHSS portal. This will be important for completing patient intake forms, uploading outside imaging studies, and checking your diagnostic results. This will make your visit as efficient as possible. For non-urgent issues, the MyHSS portal is an excellent way to communicate directly with Dr. White and his staff.
